Pricing, with the numbers showing
Wexly costs $219, $419 or $789 a year. That’s the whole pricing page, really. The rest is us showing our working, because you’ll ask anyway.
01 · Plans
Each one is billed yearly and includes everything listed. No add-ons hiding behind a “contact us”.
For one-person empires and freelancers with a lot of tabs.
For small crews, a second currency and the occasional bill pile.
Everything in Solo, plus
For when your accountant asks for a login and means it.
Everything in Practice, plus
The prices above are the prices you pay. We’d tell you about the fine print, but there isn’t any, so here’s a sentence about biscuits instead.

What gets charged, when, and how to leave if Wexly and you part ways.
One annual payment for the plan you choose: $219 for Solo, $419 for Practice or $789 for Ledger Plus. That covers every feature listed for that plan. There are no per-seat or per-transaction surprises on top.
When you buy the plan, and then once a year on the same date. We’ll email hello-style reminders ahead of renewal so it never lands as a surprise on your statement.
Yes. Outgrew Solo’s two bank connections? Move up to Practice or Ledger Plus when you need to. Your categories, rules and receipts come with you.
Turn off renewal from your workspace settings, or email hello@wexlystudios.com and we’ll do it for you. Your plan runs to the end of the year you paid for, and you can export your reports and transactions before it closes.
Ledger Plus is the highlighted one, mostly because accountants like the portal and audit trail. If you’re a one-person business with two accounts, Solo does the job and your wallet stays happier.
04 · Receipts for your receipts
The annual charge shows up in your own books as it would any other expense, categorized and matched.
